The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and it was nice having the pool just off of our balcony.
Good location and good safety.
We had next to no water pressure in the shower. One day it was literally dripping and couldn't have a shower. Transport was arranged, but we couldn't find the driver with 3 of us looking for 20 minutes. They showed us a photo of the driver being at the airport at 9.10am when our plane arrived after lunch, we were still charged even though we had to pay for other transport due to him not being there.

The rooms were generous sizes and the pool access was very convenient. Bed super comfy and even though Chalong isn't a high end tourist location we didn't have trouble finding great eating spots and convenient massages.
Breakfast menu at the cafe next door, limited but very friendly staff each morning and enjoyed the chatter and cappuccions!
Had organised transport with hotel, the 4 of us were unable to find the transport/or signage at the airport so organised another to take us and were advise upon arrival that we still had to pay as he was there - not to be seen!
A few of the staff were a little abrupt

Good parking area, good gym
Our room was near the street. The entrance door looks like its made from paper. We are usually not sensitive, but this was ridiculous to sleep... Almost no water in the bathroom, not possible to take a shower. The pool has a lot of chlorine, also no privacy, the neighbour looks in your bedroom. Staff don't look to us, we won't come back again... We talk only about our room 101, maybe others are different
