Friendly staff member came out quickly to assist (I arrived after hours).
Entry into building very secure, felt safe in my room as a solo female traveller.
Room & ensuite were very clean, off street parking behind building, quiet room away from the road (no noise at all)
Communal kitchen was massive & well equipped (arrived late & left early, so no chance to use it but good to know for next time)
Wall heater in the room wasn’t great, didn’t warm the room & unclear (due to no markings) what was on/off position or how to increase the temperature
There was no breakfast, but free fruit available in communal kitchen

We needed an economical place to sleep and were happy to find a place with a twin room - for me and my teenage son. Beds were comfy, room was simple but fine for our purposes. We didn't use it but the kitchen looked incredibly clean, well stocked with kitchen items and would work really well for self catering.
Found the smell in reception very overwhelming - it's a perfume type smell - not a bad smell but wow! It's intense. And it's pretty noise upstairs when people come and go. Hard to change that though I realise

Clean, quiet, and great value for money. We stayed for one night in family room (4 beds), and had a very comfortable stay. Although we checked in and out outside of office hours, communication with the staff was easy and everything went smoothly. A great option if you're looking for good value.
Maybe having more tables/chairs or hooks to hang your clothes would be helpful. Now our bedroom only had one chair amongst 4 people. The beds were also not the comfiest, but for one night it was fine :)

Room layout was good heater was amazing 👏
Beds were too hard, we both woke up with sore back.
Shower needs the water saver taken out shower head, no pressure at all makes for a crap shower experience.
