The accommodation is very reasonably priced, particularly for its location. You are paying for location convenience rather than a salubrious stay.
The rooms are small which made it difficult to store three large bags and walk around the bed. I was travelling in a utility vehicle and could not leave bags in the open tray overnight.

Coffee cups could have been "Mug" sized, and also the fridge was leaking from somewhere

Evancourt was a convenient place to stay
In retrospect I would have booked a room with enquire facilities.
