I really liked the convenient location, especially being close to the beach and easily accessible by tram and bus. It was a good place to stay and explore Melbourne with my friend. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, there wasn’t much we disliked. The only issue was that some guests could be a little noisy in the corridor late at night, after 11 pm, or early in the morning. As we stayed for 23 nights, we also noticed that the laundry area could use one or two additional washing machines, as it can get busy with many guests.

Very good Location
No elevator, a lot of stairs everywhere so if you have luggage prepare to climb.
Dirty sheets and linen with hair of other guests. The property looks be cleaned only on. The floor, everything else as bathroom, windows looks was not cleaned from last century.
Moreover, in bathroom and shower there are no closing windows!! Unbelievable
