Our hosts were most accommodating and made the stay wonderful. I appreciate their generous assistance rendered several times during the stay and cannot thank them enough. The two units were comfortable and well appointed. Upstairs was particularly spacious but both were excellent and suited our purpose and activities in Saint Kilda. I believe I have stayed at the property before and I can guarantee I will stay again when visiting this part of Melbourne.

Very noisy, the floor above my room very noisy floor boards. The linen was stained, the quilt cover and mattress was soiled with stains. Not worth $130 to 140 a night. The property owner should replace the stained linen. If I could have moved I would have. But then you are paying double the price to move. Go and shop at Melbourne’s Kmart for new linen…

Initially a bit put out as you have to phone to get past the entrance gate but it didn’t connect. However it did after a couple more attempts. He was on another call. Room was great. Quiet.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights. Stayed in budget room which had suitable amenities. Fridge, microwave, sink , cooking plate etc. Small balcony. Good size room. Comfortable bed. Room could do with some blackout curtains as it only had some flimsy Venetian blinds on the window and doors so a lot of light comes in. Good wifi. Close to public transport and shops. Staff helpful. Parking booked but was not available. Parking is not onsite. We parked on the street which is free on the weekend, but has clear way times during the week. Overall would stay again.

Excellent owner and staff, friendly, welcoming. Room was huge and I had a great balcony. Facilities were there if you wanted to cook. Clean throughout and fresh. 10/10.

We have stayed here before and undoubtedly will again. Walking distance to the venues we like to frequent and the rooms themselves are roomy and clean and comfortable.

Upon arrival they told me I had to pay the same as the cost of the room up front as a security - never had to do that before . The place itself was not an issue , and the staff and service were excellent. But when someone had a shower in another apartment it sounded like your own shower was turned on ( very loud ) . And if you had children you couldn’t let them outside because of ice addicts

Great location to see sights of St Kilda, however lack of care given. Balcony area hadn't been cleaned, bin hadn't been emptied from previous guests and insufficient towels provided. The furniture was a little shabby. With a little TLC this place would be brilliant.

A disappointment. The room booked was not the one provided. OK for two people but not for 2 adults and two children. An attempt was made to provide an additional room however due to water damage there was a hole in the ceiling. Noisy with traffic and inside property at night. Only stayed one night rather than the two booked. Would not recommend at all.

The room was large but not terribly well fitted out - the TV was too small for the room and there was not enough tea/coffee/milk supplied even for only one night. We could hear other guests upstairs until late at night and early in the morning. Apart from that the bed was comfortable the shower was fine and the room was clean.

Great location to St Kilda beach and Markets. Easy walking distance as we took Skybus from Airport to St Kilda. Suited us as a couple as Unit is one large room with bed and couch similar to a motel room. Very safe.Very clean. No noise. Air Conditioning Heating cooking facilities. Mattress a little on soft side is only complaint.

The room was spacious and clean, self Check-in and checkout instructions were easy to follow and the communication with management staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I return to Melbourne.

A very pleasant hotel, close to transport restaurants cafes and walking distance from the wonderful Acland Street, which was where my son Engagement party was so we could walk there and back, then walk with friends to Fitzroy Street for breakfast. We would definately stay there again.

A bit surprised to find that the accom paid for three adults meant us getting a mattress out of a wardrobe to put on the floor (in preference to using the fold-up supporting frame) and finding where the spare sheets and towels were. Seating was two kitchen chairs and the double-bed. Was also a bit noisy at times from neighbouring apartments during the afternoon before we went out.

Messaged me a sarcastic rude message saying they were sending my details to a collections department!? after I completely forgot to pay for the $20 parking when they messaged me a week later to pay it.

Great location in St Kilda and plenty of free street parking. Walking distance from the Palais, Acland St and the main street venues. A little quirky and different. No staff onsite but plenty of email support for entry and so on.

Good location walking distance to Acland street and handy to Palais theatre. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants close by. Self check to accomodation was very convenient.

Late changes in accommodation by email were missed and entry was delayed. Exit of the premises was not easy when key deposit box was not located close to the security door. Views from the room were unimpressive. A dead cockroach found on floor by the bed and a used dish washing sponge did not allow for a higher rating of cleanliness.
