Pulizia della camera perfetta! Servizi impeccabili, ambiente molto accogliente. Idromassaggio fantastico, ne abbiamo usufruito molto, con una vista stupenda.
Mancanza di un frigo in camera ma non ci è pesato troppo; stanza matrimoniale con due letti singoli uniti e si sentivano, un topper avrebbe reso la comodità del letto ottima

The hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet area, set back from the main road, surrounded by greenery, and at the same time just a short walk from the historic center of See and the cable car. It offered us very comfortable accommodation and excellent culinary experiences during both breakfast and dinner, which we truly enjoyed.
A special thank you goes to the warm and welcoming owner and to Nicolas, who took care of us during dinner. His approach was always professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Our thanks also go to all the other staff members who are not always visible but ensure the smooth operation of the entire hotel... from housekeeping and wellness services to the preparation of meals, which were a real highlight and exceeded our expectations. Each course followed the next with remarkable lightness and perfect balance.
Although rain swept across the Alps during our stay, the Summer Card allowed us to enjoy the cable cars that took us to the peaks of See, Kappl, and even Ischgl. It was a wonderful addition to the accommodation and made it possible for us to enjoy beautiful hikes in the stunning Alpine scenery.
Overall, it was an exceptional stay that our family thoroughly enjoyed.
The price of drinks during dinner also felt slightly higher than expected, and we were charged for drinks even for the children, with no option of simple table water. These are only minor remarks and did not affect our overall positive experience… everything else during our stay was excellent.

Personal war sehr freundlich, das Abendessen war auch sehr sehr gut. Super schöner neuer wellnessbereich auf dem Dach.
Der lunch am Mittag war okay, geht definitiv besser. Das Frühstück war auch soweit in Ordnung. Es war leider keine Abwechslung und gerne hätten wir mehr Wurstwaren aus der Region gehabt. Ebenso auch beim Brot oder Brötchen, dass war leider nicht so besonders.

Location was beautiful and easy to get too. Parking good and no issues with spaces to park. Pool facilities good, with plenty of quiet areas to relax. Eating areas also good with beautiful views from the restaurant balcony, and the bar had a nice cozy feel with great views.
The breakfast and evening meal was thoughtful prepared and varied. The menu choice was good, but there could have been more choice for the deserts.
The hotel lacked a warm and welcoming vibe from the hotel managers. It goes along way when the managers of the hotel take an interest in their guests with a simple ‘good morning’ or ‘have you had a nice day’.
The gym space, whilst newly renovated was not equipped well and space was limited. Lots of room for improvement to cater for guests who don’t want to just use the spa or pool area.
It was disappointing that guests were not allowed to use the drinking water tap or bring their own water to dinner. If you wanted water you had to buy a bottle which cost 7 euro! The same bottle we bought for 1 euro in the local shop. I have never been to a hotel where this had been the case anywhere in the world. There were many children who were guest so water should be available at dinner time. There was also no coffee served after dinner which was a shame.
