Location, design of the building and lobby. Furniture in the lobby. Friendly staff, easy check in and chexk out. Great value.
Rooms and aisles need overhaul, especially torn wallpapers. No desk to work in the room. Billing in pesos at a exchange rate higher than the prevailing market value increased ~10% the actual tariff measured in USD.

Very modern building with decent view of the city.
The smell of the bedroom with cigarette was bad enough but the towels they provided were almost permanently stained color with dirt.
