The room is good and clean, the location of the hotel is excellent and many variety of food for breakfast but I would've loved to have 'simit' and added may be more variety of food for breakfast as well.
The service by Ahamad and Aziz was excellent.
Noisy cistern (toilet), no rubbish bin in the room, no jag of hot water and coffee sachets etc. ( I have been in Istanbul for seven times and all the other hotel had these facilities available, also not even a water bottle in the fridge where the other hotels always provided dinking water in their fridges and the hotel is no smoking zone but we still smell cigarettes occasionally.

All was perfect, friendly staff, Great value. Comfy beds. Great breakfast very helpful staff. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool

The staff made the stay good. They let us check in early and when we left the staffs where very helpful especially the young lad who helped us with loading our luggages to the taxi.
The hotel needs refurbishment.
