I had an amazing experience from the time I entered to exit. I was greeted by Amir at reception and he made my whole experience beautiful. Whatever I was in need of he helped me as I was at home. I lost my suitcase lock key and he sorted it out for me, rolled it to a shop which was 20 min away. I know no one else would have done it.
Rooms were cleaned and breakfast provided was great.
