Lovely and clean! Everyone at reception team were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was great and had many varieties. Location is great with many food places that aren’t overly expensive. Will definitely need to come back!

Very clean rooms.. good space.. the staff are very welcoming and friendly.. the location is perfect and very close to Yenikapi metro station and Aksaray tram station

The staff were amazing! Everyone from the reception desk to the restaurant staff to the cleaners. Very professional, kind and helpful. Fateme, Ayse and Kobra from the restaurant welcomed everyone to the buffet breakfast and made sure everyone was looked after with kindness and respect.
Reception staff were always available and did their best to resolve any issues promptly.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The neighbouring restaurants were a bit too noisy at night.
