We found the check-in process easy and straightforward, and the flat itself was super! Fantastic location, good amenities, great value for money. Lots of storage too!
It would have been nice to have more than one key between us :)
My one other issue was the glass furniture, just because I was worried about keeping it clean and it's loud when you put things on.

Die Lage unseres Appartments war sehr gut! Da nahe am Hauptbahnhof Oslo gelegen, konnten wir nach unserer Ankunft die Wohnung zu Fuß erreichen. Überhaupt lag das Zentrum der Stadt direkt vor unserer Tür - alles fußläufig erreichbar! Wir mussten kein einziges Mal mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren. Ein Supermarkt liegt um die Ecke, sehr praktisch! Einzig die Beschreibung, wie wir zum Office des Vermieters gelangen können, war missverständlich und unklar, so dass wir nicht sofort den Weg gefunden haben. Trotz der sehr zentralen Lage liegt das Appartment sehr ruhig in einem mit einem Tor abgeriegelten Wohnblock.
Leider war das Appartment sehr kalt, als wir ankamen. Da es draußen stattliche -20 Grad kalt war, war das nicht sehr einladend. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad wurden dann bis zum nächsten Tag warm genug, der Wohnraum/Küche nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schlecht isoliert, die Fenster lassen die ganze Kälte herein. Auf der Fensterbank war es so kalt wie in einem Kühlschrank. Wir haben dann die lange Vorhänge auf die Fensterbänke gelegt, um ein wenig das Eindringen der Eiseskälte zu minimieren. So richtig warm wurde es aber auch nach 3 Tagen nicht. Die Küchenzeile haben wir zum Kochen genutzt, allerdings muss man improvisieren können (z.B. war kein Kochlöffel und auch kein Schneidebrett vorhanden, sowie nur 3 Sets für 4 Personen). Ein Küchenhandtuch hatten wir zum Glück mitgebracht - da war auch keines vorhanden.

Très bel et spacieux appartement dans lequel on se sent tout de suite chez soi, au calme absolu tout en étant à 12min de la Cathédrale et de Karljohansteasse. La literie d'une qualité exceptionnelle parfait le séjour cocooning dans cet immeuble de standing.
Nous avons été désagréablement surpris d'avoir à verser une caution de 5000nok et de devoir signer un règlement intérieur 24h avant notre arrivée car rien ne le laissait présager avant. Une1ere avec Booking...
Par ailleurs, trop d'infos pour parvenir à l'appart (changement des bureaux, boîte à clefs, code, lien, etc...) tue l'info... et nous avons eu du mal à atteindre le but, surtout en arrivant tardivement, et cumulant fatigue, froid, neige ... alors qu'en fait, il est effectivement très simple de se rendre de la gare à l'appart comme nous l'avons constaté au retour.
Enfin certaines petites choses manquent comme des produits de base dans la cuisine et gel douche shampoing dans la salle de bain...

Close to Central Station where you can take any transport at there! So you can easily to go every where from Oslo S.
We booked a superior double for 8 days staying. the view is nice, but they just gave us 2 large and 2 face towels only.and 2 rolls of toilet papers, and the worst is they provide just ONE very thin pillow for each of us!! We can't find any cushions there, so we have to use our over coat to rolled it up as a pillow!
And as for the bed! The mattress is like a convex in shape, if the two of you sleep at each side, you both get half of your full body pained! Coz there's a slope here, if you sleeping at left, then you will get the whole left body pain, if you are at the right, you will get the right back pain! Simply to say, with this mattress and the so very thin pillow, we barely sleep for continuous 8 days!!
As for the toilet, they don't even provide hand wash not shower gels, let alone shampoo... But they DO provide washing detergent coz they ask you to clean the dishes by yourself, interesting.
With this price comes with such condition, to be honest, I regret to choose it. If I was not prepared the whole staying, I will definitely move to the Radisson Blu for sure.

The apartment is really nice and the location is near the Central Station. The building is quite and there are many supermarkets nearby. Internet works very well.
The window from the bedroom was broken and this caused that a lot of noise, wind and cold get inside the room, and made really unconfortable to sleep. I sent an email to the company about this and they said they would send someone to fix it, but no one came during our stay (3 nights) and they didn't reply to my emails anymore until we had already checkout, saying that some had fixed it.
Also, it would be nice to have some basic staff like sugar, salt and oil so you don't need to buy everything to prepare some basic meals.

The location was great
The room was not very clean also the system of getting the key from one place and the apartment being at another is extremely uncomfortable. It was raining when we went and was highly inconvenient to take the key from one place and then walk with luggage to another

well equipped apartment and supermarket just a minute walk but we were assigned the unit in 2/F facing inside playground. We stayed three days and experienced three days of kids yelling and scramming in the evening. The unit was stuffy even we open widely the balcony door but then the scramming comes in too. Suggest management to equip with a ventilations fan for summer days.
There were about ten steps before the elevator, so if you bring big suitcases be careful.

This is an apartment with a separate bedroom and a workspace in the common room. There was everything you need. All household appliances worked properly, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking.
There are many cafes and .
You can also order parking separately (parking is difficult to find using the navigator, be prepared to wander around the area)
The apartments were not the cleanest. Some of the dishes were dirty.
We weren't able to use the kettle, it looked like the previous tenants had cooked food in it, and the smell would not dissipate as long as I boiled the water.
I cannot say that this is the easiest check-in, especially if you are by car. You need to find an office and register. Then with the keys to look for your house (and parking).
You are also asked to take out the trash before leaving, but you need to try to find the trash can in the area as well.
So it is look like a smal quest.

The apartment didn’t match the pictures on the site. The site did mention that there were different apartments throughout the city but that doesn’t mean reality would differ.
The single bed was really small and was really uncomfortable even for a small person like me. I am a 162 cm. I don’t consider it as single bed.

The appartment was really clean, with a nice kitchen. The location is great, close to the central station with many options of public transportation.
It would be nice to have at least the essentials in the kitchen (like salt, oil, etc...) - otherwise, it is not really functional for a short stay.

All in all quite good, location wise heart of city, easily accessible by public transport, we enjoyed the stay at BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS and found it comfortable and neat

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, cozy, with a very nice atmosphere, I think what I liked the most was the room, it's very comfortable, I liked everything, especially the market close to the apartment.
The rules, I think there are so many rules like throwing the garbage out, it was not easy to find the place to throw it, in fact it is in another building, there is no garbage in the bathroom for the women to throw absorbete away other than that it was okay.
