Ideally situated just a 5 minute walk from Petra visitor centre and amongst many restaurants and shops. The manager was very kind and accommodating - he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect! The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable!

Good 3* hotel, clean, walking distance (200m) to Petra Visitor Center.
Excellent service from reception and breakfast.
Good price (100€ for 2adults&2children including breakfast).

The hotel position is very good. The hammam in the hotel offers a very good service and it is very comfortable to have it in the same building.
The lift was not working, which wasn't a big issue but still uncomfortable. The shower water was cold and the heater was turned on only after we asked for it (hence, after a cold shower). The receptionist suggested a good alternative trip to visit Petra (with little Petra first) but absolutely underestimated the length of the trekking to be done between the two sites.
