Everything was excellent but special mention for the host who goes out of his way to be hospitable. This is my second stay here and I hope to have a third in the near future.

Najati made us feel so welcome and was such a friendly face to come back to after spending the day walking around Petra. He always made time to say hello and ask how our day was and kindly upgraded us to a family room. The breakfast was outstanding and views from the 4th floor were beautiful. Jordan is a very safe country and we were so glad we decided to come and visit and experience this country’s warmth and hospitality.

We cannot state how amazing this hotel was. From the moment we entered the staff were so welcoming and kind. Parking was super easy and right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was tasty and easy to coordinate. They also offered packed lunch boxes (for a fee) that were perfect for taking into Petra. The room has a gorgeous view and the bed were comfortable. We would happily return!
Wifi in the room was quite weak but this wasn't a big deal for us
