Loved that the staff were very hospitable and caring towards me and my mom. Our stay was very enjoyable & it was easy to communicate with the team and reception as well. Loved the location for travelling as well as it’s near Myeongdong/Euljiro/City Hall as well as the interchanges. Convenient to travel about.
We got a good view of the Deoksugong Palace as well and the room had a fireplace too. It was functional as well but since it was summer, we didn’t use it. Would be good for winter I suppose. The bed was super comfortable as well with slightly weighted blanket that gave us such a good rest at night.
Slightly far from the elevator of City Hall station. So try to come by Taxi/Uber to the front or back entrance, if not you’d need to carry your suitcases up from Exit 2 of the underground walkway or Exit6 of Cityhall station.

Very well located high end hotel in the heart of Seoul. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy any of my requests. Particularly appreciated the SPA area and the large and very well equipped gym
The room is quite small. Completely fine for 1 person, but if I was to be accompanied the space would be a bit too tight for 2 people with luggage.

This is our second stay and we love the location. We love the breakfast. The rooms are perfectly sized.

MyeongDong is only 11mins walk from the hotel
Unable to control heater or aircon manually. The heater was too warm for my husband and I. We ended up have to open the window to let some cool air in at night so we can sleep better after a 11 hours flight. It would dangerous to let the window open if we have a kid. Luckily we have not had any kids yet.
