The Plaza Hotel is a lovely historic hotel, old hotel. While our room was not very functional, it had a fantastic view. The buffet is quite expensive, and the hotel does not have a bar for guests who want to enjoy a drink.

The check-in and check-out were very efficient, and all the staff were kind. The double bedroom was a little bit small for us, but it was clean, and the beds were good quality.

Hotel was clean but still did not meet my expectations for the price.
A premium high priced hotel like this should have the sauna included and not charge extra. Also we never had the promised bottle of wine in the room, they just forgot about that. Also little things like a razor or a toothbrush is being charged extra, with the excuse of „environment care“, which is just a way of charging extra for these basics, which every 3 star hotel offers for free. You can get 95% of what The Plaza offers in other hotels for 50% of the price. I won‘t come here again.

The location is perfect.
The refrigerator in my room doesn't work well.
The pool is in different building, not too far, but it's not very convenient to access the pool
