We arrived early and were extremely tired after a long journey, without even asking, and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was already ready for our stay
The location is excellent, right in the heart of Venice, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. The breakfast also offers a great variety of food.
We really loved our stay here, but what stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — they were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. You really feel well looked after here.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice!

We could check in at 1am! Great location & value for money in Nice. Good check out time. Large comfortable room

Great location - between the waterfront and station, within 10 minutes walk of almost everything, including the airport tram. The cleaners did a great job every day. Looking onto a courtyard meant it was very quiet at night. Very comfortable bed, air con plus storage space in the room was very welcome.
The bathroom (shower especially) was small and probably needed modernising, but these are small things.

Room was clean , 15 min walk to beach
We had the room earlier which was very good but the person on the desk on our arrival wasn’t very helpful and missed information about the room utilities and set up which made it a bit uncomfortable for us
