Bed was made every day. The bonus was the air conditioning, absolutely essential, wouldn't have slept a wink without it. Retro style (not soulless) and just over the road from the railway station .
A mini fridge would have been good. No lift but i was on the 2nd floor so didn't matter for me. Occasional odd noise from bathroom and upstairs

For staying at one of the cheapest rooms for one adult, I can't complain about much. The room did it's job. Only used it as a hub for a single night before checking into a proper Airbnb. Train station is right at your doorstep and tram stop into central Nice is a short walk away.
Initial towels had stains and holes in them but got them changed. Shared toilet on my floor could use a proper deep clean.
