Check in was easy, the front desk was lovely. The room was as expected and described. The pool on the roof was a great respite for us and the kids during the hot summer. We did go down to the foreshore and swim at the beach but the pool was just easy and convenient.
The place was, clean and tidy with all the amenities it listed. Bathroom was clean and modern. Location was amazing. 2-3 blocks to the nearest tram stop. Maybe 2-3 stops to everything you want from Nice. Old Town and the Promenade. It made dinner and exploring so easy with the kids. We definitely want to come back to Nice, 3 days was not enough.

The property was very clean, it was quiet, the breakfast was great. A supermarket is across the street. We really enjoyed our time here.

Nice and kind staff.
Shopping centre right across the hotel.
About 10-15min walk to the old town of Nice .
No mention of cleaning rule : towels are changed and rooms cleaned only every 8 DAYS. So you’re meant to use the same towels your entire stay.
Room cleaning is an extra fee.
A new set of towels is 8 euros .
Nothing is replaced - no toilet paper , coffee, or tissues.
Upon checking in, our room was not thoroughly cleaned- dust everywhere , some spots on the tables and kitchen …
The gym cannot be used - there is only one bike that works . Two bikes out of order , treadmill broken , cross trainer so rusty and dirty .
