Cleanliness and well maintained. The room was spacious and represented good value for the price.
An adversarial attitude at reception. Notices warning guests in relation to negative behaviour is not a good advert for the hotel. Also, taking a deposit from the guest for security demonstrates a lack of trust. Without guests the hotel wouldn’t function or indeed exist.
