I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Serafina and would happily choose it again. ❤️
The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a week in Nice. The neighbourhood is pleasant, and the tram and bus connections make it very easy to get around the city.
Another big advantage is the location for day trips: Nice Riquier train station is only about a 7-minute walk from the villa. You can even reach it by train from the airport, and if you want to explore nearby towns along the coast, it is very easy — just hop on a train and within 15–20 minutes you can already be somewhere else, for example Monaco 😊
The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question, which I really appreciated. 🙏
A useful tip for other travellers: there is also a Bounce luggage storage point nearby, which is very convenient if you need to leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Overall, I found Villa Serafina very comfortable, practical and good value for money. Definitely recommended for a stay in Nice. ❤️❤️❤️
There were some road works on a nearby street during my stay, but of course this is outside the property’s control. I would recommend even with these - the place, location is wonderful!

Clean, had everything we needed, close to tram line, supermarket and pharmacy
The refrigerator was faulty, freezer box absolutely full of ice, no room for frozen food and parts of the fridge froze our food

The bed was not comfortable at all , the couch was un touchable due to the hygiene it had insects in it

The room was clean.
We had no problems with hot water — everything was fine from this point of view.
The area offers relatively quick access to public transportation.
The double bed was very small, and neither the mattress nor the pillows were comfortable.
There was only one bedside table next to the bed.
Guests staying less than a week have to pay 20 EUR if they want their room cleaned.
There was now place to hang towels in the bathroom.
The shower cabin didn’t have a shelf for shampoo or shower gel — you had to keep them on the floor.
Otherwise, the bathroom looked decent, but it had these important shortcomings mentioned above.
There is no reception; everything is done through a self-service machine.
There was a strange, musty smell near the elevator on the ground floor.
