Wonderful and exceptionally friendly staff, ready to help at any moment—even despite language barriers!
Incredibly delicious breakfasts at a nearby café (it’s great to take a short walk before and after), and a wide selection of drinks in the lobby!
The only inconvenience I experienced was the rather tight parking space; had I been driving a slightly larger car, turning around in the courtyard—with nearly all the spots taken—could have been a disaster. But since nothing can be done about it, let's not dwell on it... :-)

We come to this hotel often, it's great. Clean, decent sized rooms, nice staff, and quiet for Tel Aviv. They also have parking for 70 NIS per night, which was useful for us...

We booked Arbel for its quiet location and reviews praising cleanliness — unfortunately our experience didn't match. For a rate close to 5-star pricing, the room felt more budget than boutique: small windows made it feel closed-in, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was outdated and barely effective, which mattered a lot in the Tel Aviv heat.
There was no breakfast included or available on-site at all — we were directed to a nearby café on Dizengoff to buy our own, which turned out to have terrible reviews itself. There wasn't even coffee or tea in the room to start the day.
Housekeeping was only done on check-in day — no real cleaning during our stay after that. The hotel is also quite far from the sea, which was a disappointment given the location was one of our main reasons for booking.
We had planned to stay a full week but checked out after night two due to poor value for money.
The one clear positive: Milan on reception staff was excellent — genuinely helpful and went beyond his role to assist us. He's the reason this isn't a 1-star review.
