I would have liked a reception desk with a person at it. The bed was too small.
The bed was too small. The service was impersonal. I would have liked a reception desk with a person to ask questions. It should have been more obvious in the booking that the rooms are more like an apartment and not part of a hotel.

Very good location
Often the elevator didn’t work. The main door wouldn’t lock.
Hotel under flight path—very noisy from planes flying overhead from midnite to 4 am
