Location and breakfast were superb!
My room located on 4th floor and I have to use the stairs because the lift was tiny. I would not mind stair in everyday life, however after walking all day in the city I would not mind taking the lift… 😊

Actually stayed here before and liked it - they actually gave me the same room
There is a TV and would be good if you could get at least one channel in English, even if dubbed in Czech.
Being an older lady it is a bit of a struggle with suitcases as when you use the lift you always have to go up or down a flight of stairs and even down is a struggle with a suitcase and there are 2 young ladies on reception not a porter so don't like to ask them.

Great location. Walking distance from most interesting places in Old Town. Lots of good restaurants ans cafes nearby. Staff are pleasant and friendly. We needed to leave early so the kitchen ladies prepared breakfast for us to bring to our journey.
Had to take a flight of stairs to get to the elevator. May be a challenge for people with heavy luggage. AC in the room was not cool/cold. However, we were there in the middle of a heatwave.
