The location is outstanding! The staff was really nice and the apartment was so clean and equipped with everything you can ever ask for
The tv is smart tv so it was easy and fun to use your own account

[1] Excellent location and close to all sights/sounds of old Prague.
[2] Easy check-in/check-out.
[3] Clean apartment with modern bathroom.
[4] A/C in the apartment which is a big deal on hot days.
[1] Less than successful use of space in the kitchen/dining room area. Just a table at the corner across the bathroom entry.
[2] Placement of couch/sleeper away from TV is not optimum; to view TV you had to be on the bed.
[3] Thin decor; empty walls. A touch of art/color would brighten this apartment and make it more inviting.
[4] Remote control for the bedroom A/C unit was missing; only A/C working was for the kitchen/dining area.
[5] No microwave; I don't want to cook from scratch all the time or only eat in restaurants. Sometimes a quick frozen meal hits the spot and making hot water is super easy.

Location is perfect, apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast at nearby Kogo restaurant was very good! Amazing coffee and breakfast options like eggs benedict, veggies and French toast.
The wifi was slow and there wasn't a lot of 5G reception in the house.

Spacious and beds were comfortable
I was unhappy that we had to pay for lockers to store our luggage for a couple of hours. As there were 4 of us we had to purchase 2 lockers for the day when we just needed to use them for a couple of hours. I also didn’t enjoy the breakfast which we paid extra for. There wasn’t much choice.
