Location couldn’t be better. It is in a centre and walkable everywhere
Beds very comfortable and heated floor in bathroom also was nice
Stuff was very helpful and friendly
1. Property located in an old building with no lift. We had appartment on second floor. Steps were very uneven and older people or people with kids would struggle to go up
2. Soaps and shampoo were disappointing. It looks like somebody took water and added colour. It wouldn’t create any foam/bubbles when you use it. For 4 star hotel i would expect dont save on soap.
3. Entrance to the hotel is through a restaurant that i also didn’t find very nice. The grey building in the photo is a hotel. Pictures of plaza and clock taken from an apartment windows

Spacious hotel room with a comfortable bed and very nice bathroom. Beautiful area surrounded by old town square and buildings with amazing architecture and every restaurant or bar you could want to visit.
There’s no elevator if you have a lot of bags and multiple keys to have to carry to get thru the gates and doors but it’s a very minor problem.

To me its a 3 star hotel. A solid 6/10. Location ia good. Nice bathroom.
The room smelled badly. Probably a change of carpet is needed. Noisy early morning due to waste company. Old building with access through a restaurant. Needs serious upgrade to be a 9.1 star hotel. I was fooled by the high rating.
