A Step into the 15th century

Excellent location in the heart of old town. Spacious albeit ugly rooms with a decent bathroom. Good staff and service.

Old fashioned hideous decor, stained carpets, medieval ornaments and lighting. In desperate need of an upgrade.

Lovely hotel in excellent location

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Just a few minutes stroll from the Old Town Square and within walking distance of most attractions. Our Junior Suite was very spacious and very comfortable and with only 2 of us staying in the suite it felt more like an apartment. The bedroom was large with plenty of storage and a lovely comfortable huge bed. The bathroom was very spacious and the shower was excellent. Shower gel/shampoo and soap were provided. We didn't avail of the bath with it's soft purple lighting which looked very nice. We had a mini bar fridge and a kitchen sink with a breakfast bar seating in the entrance hall area of the suite and there was a safe in this room also. The living room area was very generous and comfortable and with a sofa bed. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, the hot food consisting of scrambled eggs and bacon and then there were continental options. Coffee was supplied in flasks and while it was drinkable, it wasn't great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar closes early, 9 or 10pm, but there is a nice bar just a few doors away. The room was cleaned daily and the hotel in general seemed spotlessly clean. If we return to Prague we would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.

The only drawback was the noise from nightlife outside at night. We like to sleep with windows open but it wasn't possible due to very noisy crowds congregating outside into the early hours. The hotel is in no way at fault, and when we closed the windows we were able to sleep.

Rooms are large.

Hotel is in an old building. We need to carry our luggages up a flight of steps to reach the lift. We also need to walk down a flight of steps to reach the breakfast area. The living & bedroom look dated and have a musty smell. We can hear the noise from people on the streets even late into the night.

Perfect location for Old Town, great rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast

Location of the hotel is absolutely ideal, a short 2-3 minute walk from the Old Town Square, and plenty of other restaurants and bars even closer. The hotel is relatively small, only 13 or so rooms, but our Suite was huge, beautiful, and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and a good selection at breakfast.

No faults or negatives to report.

Exceptional

A marvellous place to stay very near to the old twon square in the city of Prague. The rooms were much bigger, cleaner and cozy than our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and supporting.

Big rooms, good for families

Extremely big bedrooms - a bedroom, a living room with sofa and a desk, an entrance with with big fridge, sink, bar table and stools, and a spacious bathroom. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Parking on the street in front of hotel 32 EUR for 24 h (if available) staff help you buy the ticket. Great location. Cribs for babies available.

Exceptional

The hotel is centrally located with just a few steps away from the Old town square. Staff are very accommodating. They let us check in early. Rooms are spacious and the bathroom is like in a spa.

Front door was locked for a certain time, so we had to ring the reception to enter the hotel as we did not bring our key card.

Very good

Nice apartment, comfortable bed. Good service. Overall good experience.

The room was actually not silent, you could hear the people screaming at night on the street and also hear the churchbells every hour and half. Breakfast buffee was average and furniture in breakfast room was uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect from reception to services ,to the room , to the breakfast I loved it !!! For sure when we come back we will visit again and the hotel is at the greatest position in my opinion!!! Thank you for everything!!! Also a big thanks to Nana at breakfast and Ira at reception!!!

I have nothing to say everything was perfect !!! The only thing is that holidays are over :(

Great location and staff

Location was amazing, super close to old town square but still quiet enough that it was possible to sleep. Staff were friendly

Minor complaint but restocking of the room was a little inconsistent- coffee packets could be 1 or 4 and only 1/2 used cups replaced one morning. We didnt mind though

Too much misleading information

Great location. Room is spaceous and clean. Staff is friendly

Photos of the hotel (outside view) is misleading. The building is not that that luxury as you see on the photo. The information about free paking is not full and totally misleading. The parking is NOT at the hotel, not even close. You have to drive for about 15-20 minutes and then walk another 20 minutes. We wanted to stay in this hotel just for one night and comfort was important. Instead we had to drive and then to walk thru very busy streets for almost an hour to park the car! Description of our room mentioned "private terrase" which turned out to be a 50 cm narrow balcony. Breakfast is VERY simple if not too simple with a very little cboice.

Hotel very well located, just 500 meters from the Center. Very close to bars and restaurants. The receptionist took care of us very well, indicating the best places to visit in the city. Apart from that, the hotel also has a bar and restaurants. For sure, when I return to Prague I will stay again, and I highly recommend it.🇧🇷

The hotel is in a great area. However, it seems to be a bit outdated for the price.

The rooms are nice, clean and maintained. Vary comfortable, and vary pleasent staff!

Even though it is 3 ninutes walk from city center, and is sorrounded by resraurants, and pubs, the street was unpleasent at night. Many loud drunks, homless, felt a bit unsafe.

I loved Prague. Wished I had more time there.

Breakfast was excellent Location great. Room was very spacious. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not so sure about the round bed. Do not take a taxi. Uber less than half the price
