Things to be improved

- great location - spacious room for europe

- tv was unplugged in the room and not able to connect laptop to it - cleaning staff put two shower caps in the bathroom instead of one vanity kit and one shower cap, and when I asked for more vanity kits, they gave me more shoe mittens - bathroom rack for towels in the shower was broken and tilted - WiFi connection was on and off the whole time during the three day stay which was very annoying for international travellers - room with castle view has more view of the construction site instead of the castle view itself on the third floor

Hotel bych označil jako jeden z nejlepších, v jakém jsem kdy bydlel. Vkusné, luxusní, pohodlné. Personál naprosto profesionální. Nic není problém! A to chce host slyšet. Děkuji a příště se vracím pouze sem.

Anstandslose Romantikzuflucht

Am besten fiel mir die freundliche, zuvorkommende Art aller Angestellten. Auch habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt durch die Anwesenheit von viel Personal in der Lobby und dass man nur mit Zugangskarte in die Bereiche des Hotels kamen. Zusätzlich waren überall Kameras. das Frühstück ist toll aber die Sitzmöglichkeiten könnten etwas mehr Liebe vertragen.

Leider ist das Parkhaus sehr sehr eng und dazu meiner Meinung nach mit 45 € pro Nacht auch etwas zu teuer. Beim Bad unseres Zimmers hätte ich mir tatsächlich noch etwas mehr gewünscht bei einem Hotel dieser Klasse.

Perfecte locatie als uitvalsbasis voor de stad Praag.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, zeker ook aan de balie. Een fantastisch-lekker ontbijt in een mooi kader!! Het zwembad en de wellness-accommodatie waren zeer goed!!!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer (de Luxe) war sehr angenehm, toller Ausblick auf die Prager Burg. Betten sehr gut, ausreichend gross. Gemütlich auch der Relax-Platz unmittelbar am Fenster und der grosse Sessel. Die Mini-Kaffeebar haben wir gern in Anspruch genommen.

Was uns sehr gefehlt hat: keine einzige Möglichkeit, event. nasse Kleidung im ausreichend grossen Flur aufzuhängen, z.B. eine Garderobe.

Comfy beds. Great location. Beautiful views and rooms. Good breakfast.

Great location near Old Town/Jewish quarter

Location is excellent. Walking distance from old town. Staff very nice, Georgio on reception was especially friendly. Breakfast very good.

Minimal bar food options available. No red wine in bar one evening; no robes in room on arrival. Small touches missing like dirty lobby one evening and no bath towel or replacement toilet roll. Having said that these were small issues that did not impact our stay and overall we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great swimming pool, Excellent location. Really friendly staff. Modern rooms

We ordered 3 ppl room (3 adults) and got instead a double bed and a baby cot… after we returned to the reception the hotel quickly amended the situation but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Highly Recommend

Built in 1978 but looks like it was just opened. Very hip, modern, bright and airy lobby for people of all ages based on crowd for the popular and delightful breakfast. Best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, huge selection. Fantastic location over looking the river and river front good for walking, running, and bike riding. Fun just to just sit and watch the river activities. Quiet area and exterior very clean like the hotel. Great iced coffee for our afternoon break. (Moved on to Rome, where iced coffee is hard to come by;)) great value, especially when considering it is at least a $50 complimentary breakfast for a couple. Hip top floor bar is a nice area for drinks overlooking the river and city. Great view of the palace. Staff is all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Location is excellent, next to the river and on the edge of the old city.. Pool in basement is excellent although it should try to open before 0900 hrs.

A desk in the room would have been a bonus. Channel selection on the TV was limited. A Euro 100 deposit on check-in was unexpected.

The location is great and overall the hotel is lovely. I had a very comfortable stay with very fast check in and check out.

Toiletries and supplies in the hotel were not great. Gowns offered looked worn out.

the rooms are really cool, the view is stunning, staff is very friendly (the lady i think she was the manager exceptionally) and the wellness area was amazing also the location is great, the center is just around the corner if we come back to prague we will definitely stay here again!

they use a very strong air freshener throughout the hotel- I found it overbearing and unpleasant. the hotel is clean and runs very smoothly. it could use some new decor- a bit of a facelift- but it’s clean and the staff is very attentive.

great stay.

the reception staff who greeted me the first time I walked in and throughout my stay were great, I couldn't fault them, the spa staff were lovely and polite and made me feel very welcoming. it was the service I was expecting for a 5 star hotel. The bedroom oozed wow factor, minus a kettle but this was probably brought in when covid reared its head. Door staff were also very pleasant. I absolutely loved the window seat in my room, great touch to use the space in the room.

unfortunately what did it let it down for me was the service I got from the bar upstairs and also the lobby staff when I asked a cup of hot water (because there was no kettle) and when I got my dinner the same day, Im not sure wether it was because a solo traveler as I do get this service sometimes but whatever the reason it shouldn't be happening in a 5 star hotel.
