Great location and kind staff

Location is epic. 3 min to Charles Bridge and 3 min to Charles square/clock, but not on the main crowded street which is great. Staff, especially Anna, were extremely kind and helpful. Anna took the time to research anything for us, she is the kindest.

Breakfast is very basic. Room is a bit small. But nothing major.

The narrowest hotel in Prague!

Central location with good access to restaurants, bars etc.

Double room was very small. Wouldn't want to stay here for more than a couple of nights.

Overall stay was good. I'm just used to larger accommodations.

This was a great location. Walking distance to everything. Service was good as well.

Rooms were very small, air conditioning wasn't working properly. It was extremely hot.

It was overall very pleasant just wish we had not gone through reception for the boat tour.

Location was in a quiet alley right off the heart of Charles Bridge & Old Town . Simply Perfect.

Breakfast was basic and the same everyday. Also in helping us book a boat tour of the river that ended up being very disappointing and overpriced ( tourist trap ) , they did not want to hear our feedback and did not care how disappointed we were !!

Great location

Location was superb! in the heart of Prague tourists area. Shower pressures was great and water drain in the shower room also nice. Especially staffs in here! Everyone of them is helpful and nice. You can leave your belongings after check out. Also they have lifts. I really recommend to stay here.

Very central, clean, safe location. The room was good, the breakfast ample, the staff was helpful

The location is very central and convenient. The breakfast was reasonably good. The room was good, and met our needs. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room rate was a bit pricy for the offering. The breakfast could use some improvement, though generally fine.

Excellent stay

Excellent location, tasty breakfast with everything you need, nice bathroom with a bath and care products. Great hospitality, it was my birthday during our stay and we received a bottle Prosecco for free!

Just normal hotel

Good location, great breakfast, nice service.

Room very small, dirty bathroom. Room wall covers are giving a perception of being vawy. Windows and balcony open into tiny well. Not sure why this hotel has so good overall rating. It's not better than any other we stayed in. Maybe others in Prague have serious issues. For this old building some would think it should be historic inside.

Romana is amazing and she makes this hotel perfact

The location is perfect. The hotel is very clean and breakfast was tasty . Romana who manage the hotel is amazing person, she made our stay so warm and gave us the most amazing service and make us feel at home. I truly recommend this hotel and I will come back for sure!

Great location. The room design was great. It was comfortable despite being small. The breakfast was very good.

The room was small and the wall was taped with a curtain like pattern. I liked it but my girlfriend thought it was a little intimidating.

My Favorite Hotel in Prague!

I absolutely love this hotel. The location is amazing! The price is right and the staff is excellent. Jitka at the front desk was terrific. So helpful and kind. I will definitely be returning to the Clementin when I am next in Prague! Bravo!

The location was absolutely perfect, in a busy part of Old Town that was close to everything. Most major attractions were walking distance, and if not, the metro was close by. The room was also really quiet, given the busy location we heard no noise! The staff were super friendly and helpful - would definitely recommend booking a taxi through the reception staff for airport trips etc.

The air conditioning wasn't great and it did get quite warm in our room, although the weather outside hit 32°C so no wonder we were hot!

Really enjoyed our stay at Clementin. The location is excellent, so close to the Square and Bridge. We arrived quite late and the staff made it easy to check-in without the presence of an actual person! They also arranged a taxi from the airport for our late arrival which was there when we landed. Breakfast was great too, so much choice and the staff were really attentive keeping everything stocked so you had full choice. I highly recommend staying here for your stay in Prague!

My only slight negative was the aircon wasn’t that great - could just be because of the age of the building? However, a fan was also provided and the room wasn’t too warm considering it was very hot outside!
