Location was amazing also the staff. We had a situation with the noise from a construction and Itka was super nice and upgraded our room.

Breakfast is pretty standard, but there's really everything you can ask for.
Room is comfortable yet of course a bit small, but that is part of the experience. Everything was spotless and ready.
The staff (receptionist) was VERY kind and lovely.
The room in the top floor was actually very hot due to the weather.
The A/C is unable to cool the room, the staff tried to handle this with two extra fans installed in the room.
If you can, choose a room on the first or second floor in summer months.
Do not expect to have a view from the room, there are two rooms on every floor that face other buildings, not the beautiful street.
Windowsill was dirty from bird excrement.

Perfect location, 3 minute walk in one direction to the Charles bridge and 3 minutes in the other direction to the old town square.
Lots of lovely bars and restaurants.

The location is fantastic for all of the main tourist sites within walking distance and with access to trams and metro very close by.
The accommodation is very nice and clean and the breakfast was nice and varied for a small hotel.
The reception staff were all very nice and welcoming.
Nothing major, shower head holder loose on wall on bathroom.
