Very very central and quiet
I was cold in the room and the control did not work. They did offer me a separate heater. A dressing gown would have been a really nice touch! I missed that!

The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly
The facilities are not what you would expect at all, there is no shampoo in the bathroom, the room has a window only onto a corridor, the phone in the room didn’t work so I couldn’t call reception or room service

Cleanliness of room overall. Bathroom tatty and dated.
