Pleasant

The location was good and the staff friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was non - existent for most of the time I was there. I had a single room which required climbing up a ladder.

It was great and I would stay there again.

Location, location, location. This place was within a 5 minute walk to Old Town Square and to Charles Bridge. Numerous restaurants from 2 to 10 minute walk.

The room was a bit small and the street could get a bit noisy on the weekends.

A very welcoming little hotel wih a fantastic location.

Superb location right in the old town. Just step out of the front door, turn left and you're there. Very good Irish bar directly opposite. Only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop. Room was cosy with a good size bed. Very small lift to get up to the other floors, but we used the stairs. Basic, but good continental breakfast, but get there early to get the doughnuts as they soon go. Staff are excellent and very welcoming.

There is no tea/coffee making facilites in the room, but not a major problem as plenty of cafes and bars nearby. We could only find one English speaking TV channel, although pretty tired by the end of each day so didn't bother with it.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location with lovely staff

it is central, the staff are very kind and helpful and the place is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than ample and always fresh.

If I really wanted to moan I would struggle the only problem I had and it wasn’t even an issue, was that 1 hinge was broken on a cupboard in my room but it did not ruin my holiday

Family trip for Xmas

Great location within walking distance of all main sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged transportation to/from the airport and even prepared breakfast early the day of our departure so we can eat before going to the airport. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very good value for the price.

Wonderful place to stay in Prague!

The Hotel is in a perfect location. At the heart of the Old town but at the same time it is a silent place. All the staff members were so kind, all of them! The cleaning was great. The bed so confortable, and the bedroom’s temperature was perfect. If we come back to Prague, for sure we will stay at Pension U Lillie ! Bravi!

Perfect location

Location could not be more central - it's 2min away from Charles bridge, ideal place if you want to explre the city. Also, guy at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, you can leave your stuff after checkout.

My room was in the attic with small and steep staircase leading up - not a problem for me, but if someone has big luggage or some injury it would be really hard to go up.

I would recommend it for a couple at any age as the location and staff are absolutely fantastic

There was a good selection of bread, cheese and ham, decent coffee ; lack of fresh vegs like cucumbers or tomatos The staff was very helpful and polite, with good command of English.

The room looked bigger in pictures than it was in fact, and for three people there was not enough space.

The service and location are the highlights of the stay, the cleaning and breakfast are quit good.

The location is perfect and the staff service is excellent. The breakfast is good enough. The room were I stayed - the single room - is a little small with pour ventilation but very clean and well taken care of. A

Access to the single room is very difficult... a rather steep wooden ladder.

I would stay at Pension Lilie a second time.

The room was nice, but the access was better for sporty young people - over a steep staircase. Luckily the personal helped me (73 Years old) wih the luggage. Breakfast buffett was o.k. - good.

There was no marks for security exit and also not good for the normal exit. There could be a better explanation about how to get there by public trafic and that public trafic is free for people older than 65(?).

Very nice location, but door lock needs to get fixed.

Staff was great! it's a family run place. good breakfast, very friendly staff. Excellent location!!!!

Room was small, but that wasn't that bad. Most annoying part was that one of the door wouldn't unlock from outside. I had problem unlocking the door myself, but worst was when person using the other room was trying to open the door at 2AM, he/she takes multiple tries of turning and pushing, which causes lot of noise waking me up and couldn't go back to sleep for while.
