The room was excellent; we stayed in the executive suite with a castle view. It was stunning. The breakfast was really nice, with lots of choices. The hotel was very clean and quiet.
To be honest, I don't think anything could have been better. The whole hotel experience was great.

Great location for all of the great attractions in Prague.

An exceptional property which was finished to a very high standard
Olga- the receptionist who initially was very welcoming and even before we checked in, she was trying to sell us a walking tour of the city and a dinner cruise. We asked for more details and she stated she would book for us and could only accept cash but the price changed twice so we decided to find our own way round. From then, her attitude changed and she became less helpful and at times was often on her phone when we sought advice during our stay.
Other staff members though were extremely polite, friendly and helpful
