Great location, quiet and clean hotel.

The property is in the perfect location to travel around. literally a stone’s throw away from the Prague Castle and most things a 10/15min walk

I thought wellness Center meant the property had a gym. But it didn’t, just the spa, but the spa is incredible

Luxury and great service

The staff were wonderful, the room was exceptionally comfortable, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was a real treat!

The WiFi is unfortunately not great, so trying to watch Netflix is impossible; however, that’s minor.

An awesome experience

It is an awesome place, with an incredible staff, a great restaurant with dozens of options for breakfast and dinner. The spa is wonderful, truly a plus. The location is perfect, far from the noise and close to the interesting places in the city.

It is hard to find something negative about this place, maybe, that our rooms were not part of the main building therefore during winter it could be a cold experience to get the breakfast.

Very good

Jacuzzi in bathroom and heated floors. View from the room. Central and convenient hotel location. Friendly and helpful staff.

There is no elevator in the hotel so had to climb two storeys with luggage. We checked in on an icy December evening and there was no black salt sprinkled on the footpath and entrance of the hotel making us slip and slide.

No way to contact the hotel reception without reaching it in person. Vegan-friendly scam.

The bathroom was very cool with a shower, a small jacuzzi, and pleasant floor heating. To my knowledge, there wasn't any other topic to be mentioned as positive.

We stayed in the hotel attracted by the vegan-friendly advertisement for the hotel and its restaurant but unfortunately was just an attraction for tourists. The website advertises a 3-course vegan dinner menu, but both reception and the restaurant staff confirm that nothing exists. On the menu, there is only ONE vegan option, a burger, so I cannot consider it an option for a restaurant of an allegedly conceded 5-star hotel. For the breakfast, I needed to ask to waitress for any plant milk and after a while, they were able to find a pack of soy milk and make us a cappuccino. We had to eat only bread with the only jam available (even 4-star hotels usually have at least peanut butter or multiple choices of bread) and some cornflakes. There are other vegan-friendly hints starting from the flyer for the hotel guests to the restaurant menu mentioning an entire vegan dedicated menu, that unfortunately does not exist. Please avoid this scam. Another bad experience is related to the separation between our room building and the main hotel building and the lack of communication phone or the possibility to reach hotel reception by mobile phone as nobody was picking up the calls. So as recommended by the receptionist I always had to dress up (considering the cold weather) and walk to the hotel building for any kind of question.

Nice place near the old town.

Breakfast is pretty good. The bath is just great. Staff is helpful and polite

Food in restaurant is not the best, do not recommend it for you dinner. As well sauna has no windows, and no hood, so it seems to be dangerous to rest there.

Great stay

The room was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, clean, with plenty of power outputs, nice furniture and a superb bathroom. Great choice on the breakfast bouffet. Having said that, I chose that hotel for its location and underground parking, and was not disappointed. Very helpful staff and good value for money.

The room was located in a separate building which faces the Chotkova street (which is quite busy ) with a steep staircase and no lift available. The street traffic was barely audible with the window closed, and we actually felt comfortable sleeping with the window open at night, so not too bad! I am sorry to say that the air-con smelled of an old musty carpet that has been kept in a wet cellar, so had to forget about its existence.

Superb

The room had a lot of space. Breakfast was good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were even allowed to leave our car in the garage after our checkout till the evening without a prior reservation at no extra cost.

Overall stay was good, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was very tasty and the room was nice. Good music around during breakfast. The location of the hotel is basically in the city center. Room was quite big and bright and clean.

Noisy room because it was close to the rush crossroad with trams and intensive traffic.

location rocks except if you had overlooked you were staying in an Annex part of the hotel. Breakfast very fresh and tasty.

staff except those in restaurant totally deluded and not willing to help. wanted something to drink at 22:00 when restaurant was already closed and i was told there is nothing i can do for you… cccmon 5stars hotel and this answer?

Superb

The room was amazing and very warm, and the bathroom was just the best thing.

The breakfast was a bit repetitive and some amenities weren't free like the toothbrush and toothpaste.

A cool one

We want to say special thank you word to Anna. She was very kind to us and helped to solve a couple of issues. Thanks to her our stay was more pleasant so we even decided to stay +1 day. Great people are working there. Hotel is very clean and beautiful.

It is very personal, for us the mattress was very soft but we solved this. So it is ok.

A nice stay

Hotel was conveniently located for my way to the office and walking distance from the river and some of the most well known sites of Prague. Room was ok and functional breakfast area very nice with a small outside place

Anytime again

Perfect spot to walk and discover the city, comfortable bed, new furniture, fantastic bathroom. Car got parked. Nice outside area to sit and relax, jacuzzi spa is very nice.

The spa is pretty expensive.

The breakfast and the garden, very comfortable bed. Thank you to the staff for the lovely weekend and arranging a massage for me last minute.

Nice hotel to stay

Staff is friendly and super helpful, room was great and super clean. Offered breakfast is so delicious and location of the hotel is just perfect!

The only thing that wasn't that good is that outdoor parking is just a very limited space on the street outside the hotel, which is very narrow and uphill, so parking there was quite inconvenient. It would be good if hotel had the possibility to park LPG cars on the indoor parking.
