Excellent location and very comfortable bed. Very good shower. The library room was lovely too, though resembles a We-Works at times. Lovely courtyard & bar.
The restaurant at breakfast was understaffed at the weekend. When we went, most of the buffet table was empty (fruit/yoghurt) and wasn’t refilled because the two waiters were fire-fighting. The bedroom was quite small for the price.

One of the best hotels we stayed in Prague. Best value for money. You can see from the smallest details the owners know the business and what’s really important, good job. Reception officer Martyna was nice and kind.

Es una pena que habiendo dejado un hotel tan precioso y con una decoración tan cuidada al detalle, den el servicio tan malo que dan.
Las limpieza diaria de las habitaciones no la realizan a no ser que lo pidas.
El desayuno es muy pobre. No hay prácticamente variedad y lo que “puedes pedir para que te hagan al momento” lo hacen siempre mal. Si pides una cosa, te hacen otra. Por otro lado, falta personal y en la barra de desayuno muchas veces no hay platos limpios disponibles, no hay vasos, falta reponer la poca comida que ofrecen…
Y por último, si quieres un café debes ir a otra zona de la sala a pedirlo ya que en la barra del desayuno no lo hacen y no toman nota del pedido.
La experiencia en general buena salvo por el desayuno, nada recomendable.
