Perfect place, very nice luxurious room.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The night manager chose to prioritize his dinner over checking me in. After a long drive, I arrived only to be told that I had come in the middle of his dinner and that he would attend to me after I had parked the car.
The hotel’s parking facilities are approximately a 10-minute walk away. Given the distance, I would have appreciated being allowed to check in first and at least drop off my luggage before going to park. Instead, I was expected to take care of the parking and return before the manager would complete my check-in.
After a long journey, this was neither welcoming nor particularly professional and left a very poor first impression.

We chose The Icon Hotel to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary in Prague, and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We mentioned our special occasion when making our Booking reservation, and the hotel welcomed us with such genuine warmth. Even though we arrived very early, our room was already prepared, giving us a chance to rest. To our surprise, our room was also upgraded even though the hotel was fully booked.
A special thank you to Eddie, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He recommended some wonderful places to visit, explained everything to us on the map, and even prepared printed recommendations for us. It truly made us feel very special and welcomed.
The breakfast was also delicious and had a great variety of options. The Icon Hotel will definitely be our first choice whenever we return to Prague, and we would highly recommend it to everyone! ❤️

Location, space, bed size, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Broken shower rail and hose, extractor fan issues, toilet too high, was like the room was unfinished, unknown locked doors, bathroom door wouldn’t close, milk out of date, broken bannister on top floor opp lift, very dangerous with a 4 floor drop below, Indian food smell in room from downstairs restaurant, breakfast was sausage or sausage!
