What A Gem

The location is very near to Metro Mustek, short walk to hotel. Very close to old town and charles bridge. There are trams nearby, tram 22 takes you to Prague Castle. The breakfast was amazing, good choice, and very fresh. The staff are welcoming and helpful and always accommodating. Thank you to all.

Great location and amazing view

Welcoming staff, very clean rooms, good range of choices for the breakfast which was included in the price. We booked a suite as we were travelling as a family, which was extremely spacious, reasonably priced for the size, and we didn't have to sit in silence after the kids went to bed. The terrace was a real bonus, with an amazing view across to the castle.

Won't recommend this hotel

Location was good

No sheets provided was cold the whole night . Staff was horrible . Not responding to any requests. Garage was not properly designed. Car bottom always hits the ground and no matter what you can't avoid it. Family were separated in two different wings average breakfast

Super Hotel mitten in der Altstadt

Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend, es ist mitten in der Altstadt und es ist alle in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war sehr gut jeden Tag etwas anderes. Der Preis war für so ein Hotel sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr groß und mit einer Küche.

Es gibt eigentlich nichts, wenn dann nur die Dusche. Man konnte nicht wirklich die gewünschte Temperatur einstellen da Mal heiß dann ein bisschen zu kalt, aber fand ich nicht so schlimm Duschen kann man trotzdem.

Hotel para recomendar y repetir.

Excelente ubicación. Excelente habitación. Muy amplia. Camas supercómodas . Muy tranquila, sin ruidos. Kettle en la habitación con café e infusiones. Perchero en la pared para colgar los abrigos. Desayuno muy bien.

Great Location

Location was great, there was a lot of variety in breakfast. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Price&performance balance is great.

Would stay here again for sure.

The location is great, a walking distance from the Old Town Square and easily connected by public transportation to other parts of the city. The room was very confortable with everything we needed.

I’d stay there again but ask for a different room the first time the electricity went off as it was an ongoing problem.

Hotel ottimo, colazione e posizione spettacolare, da tornarci sicuramente

Posizione centralissima per visitare Praga e a pochi passi dalla metropolitana se dovesse servire. Camera gigantesca dotata addirittura di piccolo cucinino. Bagno spazioso addirittura con bidè, che per noi italiani è valore assolutamente aggiunto. Colazione spettacolare con qualsiasi cosa da mangiare, sia dolce, sia salato. Tornando a Praga, con un prezzo congruo, sicuramente punterò nuovamente su questa struttura.

Non posso dire nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, l'albergo ha rispecchiato tutte le aspettative ed è andato anche oltre. La pozione e la colazione, unite al prezzo, sono state il valore aggiunto.

Una belleza de hotel en el corazón de Praga

La ubicación. En pleno corazón del centro histórico. A un paso del reloj astronómico. Cerca de la estación de trenes para llegar caminando. La habitación amplia, con camas extra grandes y un colchón muy cómodo, frigobar y jarra eléctrica café y té para prepararse. El baño impecable con amenities, secatoallas y una ducha formidable. El desayuno sensacional con todo lo que uno pueda desear. Salchichas, tocino, huevos, porotos en salsa. Fiambres, quesos, Yogurth, cereales. Panificación dulce. Panes. Frutas. Verduras. Una tostadora gigante. Una expendedora de diferentes cafés y chocolate. La atención del personal muy buenas, nos guardaron el equipaje después del check out sin cargo.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sauberes geräumiges Zimmer, bequeme Betten, jeden Tag prima wieder die Betten schön gemacht, frische Handtücher, Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, die Gegend ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und gibt sich viel Mühe, das ist zu merken. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und variert von Tag zu Tag immer etwas.

Genel olarak güzeldi.

Konum mükemmel, çok temiz, kahvaltı çeşidi harika değilse de güzel, odalar büyük, personel ilgili.

Asansör yavaş ve kuyruğu eksik olmuyor, odalarda terlik bulunmuyor, kahve ikram ama su ikramı yok, manzara beklemeyin.

The room is so beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast is very good. The receptionist is so helpful and friendly. I like everything about this hotel.

Good value price hotel in the middle of Prague

The rooms were clean and very spacious. Rooms were cleaned every day and it was just a few seconds of walking from the main signs of the cities. The also had German television which was definitely a pro for the kids 😉

Breakfast tables are relatively close together which is sometimes causing that chairs are stuck.

A perfect place to stay – a haven of peace in a busy city

Fantastic location – short walk from the main square, yet really quiet street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were amazing!

Super stay

The location was excellent. The rooms were very large, including the bathroom. We had a mix-up on our rooms but Marriane resolved the issue immediately. We were amazed at the size of the rooms. We even had a balcony which was a bonus. We made several special requests and Marianne was very patient and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to all visitors to this beautiful city. I have traveled extensively in Europe, and this hotel had the best breakfast of any I have ever stayed. It was amazing. I can't say enough about the service we received from all the staff at the hotel. Our stay was exceptional.

Nice hotel in perfect location

superb location in old town - all sights in walkable distance tasty and variable “Italian style” breakfast friendly and helpful staff clean and large room comfortable beds coffee/tea maker

the only problem is (not a fault of the hotel though), that Bolt/Wolt/Uber taxis don’t drop/pick you up in front of the hotel as the area is a pedestrian zone. So be sure to order a car to some street point and not to the hotel if you want to leave. With the help of google maps you find the hotel from the drop off point, where the car driver left you

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city

The location of the hotel is quite near to the old town Prague main square; very convenient to everything. The breakfast we quite good and satisfying. The room was very well appointed. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel very much. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

My only complaint would be that the shower hot water would randomly get extremely scalding and then return to the temperature we had selected.
