Highly recommended

The location is awesome and I don't think I could find a better place with this view, this location and this size of apartment, not even for double the price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! For sure if I will come again to this city, I will come to this apartment.

Don't Look Anywhere Else - This is THE Place to Stay in Prague

AMAZING location! Our apartment opened out onto the main square just steps from St. Nicholas' church. The views were unparalleled! This was our first time visiting Prague and this apartment was one of the highlights of our stay. We will most definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was clean and spacious. Exceptional customer service! We had a problem our first night - we couldn't open the windows (it was merely user error, we just didn't pull hard enough). I called reception and they sent someone over right away to help us out - and it was around midnight!

Just wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was amazing!

Amazing view of the square! Very roomy and comfortable apartment. Clean with a well-stocked kitchen.

The location was excelent. Appartment was clean and spacious and surprisngly quite taken into account the location.

Just some small things. Appartment could be great for longer stay, but the kitchen is not equipped for that. There were plates, cutleries, glasess and pans. But not e.g. oven mittens, anything where to but hot pans/kettles nor any kitchen spoons etc. Addition of those "small" but yet again important kitchen stuff would be good. Also we missed towel racks. There is a hot towel rack, but you can only fit couple of towet to those. In big appartment there can be a lot of user meaning lots of wet towels...

Prime location in a beautiful city!

Wonderful location right on the Old Town Square, convenient to all sights and public transportation. Noise at night was not a problem. Having two bathrooms was good.

Somewhat inconvenient check-in process, having to go to a separate location. Check-in is handled by a service, so no contact with the owners. Also, there was no personal answer to an email I sent prior to our arrival, just an electronic message that I had received before and did not really answer my question.

Expected a change of towels and toilet roll to be replenished on a 5 night stay. Especially with a door being missing from the shower and having to use a towel on the floor.

Exceptional

Central, with a walking distance to most turist attractions Easy online check in and check out, so you can save time Really nice and full equipped apartment with a view of the square. Can also hear the Astronomical Clock, which was right on the corner.

it wasn’t exactly the same apartment or location that was shown when the booking was made, the difference was about 300m and wasn’t a problem for us

fantastic location. especially to be in old town square.

not much toilet paper or towels. bathroom needs a deep cleaning. lots of mold/mildew on shower head and faucets.

Home from home stay

Apartment was large, clean, well serviced and excellently located. Beds were comfortable and large. Good TV, with netflix and other channels. The owners had also considerately considered all the little things i.e. providing dish washer tablets and washing up liquid. Good sized fridge was available, with lots of cooking utensils. Quiet neighbours.

The only draw back, but something you have to accept when staying so central, is the noise of bells and a busy square. This was not such an issue for us, as after the first night you get used to it.

There's probably not a better place in Prague in terms of view and location. It was the first apartment we've ever been to in the Old Town of Prague that had an elevator. It was very clean as well!

There weren't enough blankets and towels and there was no TV signal. We were trying to connect with the reception for two days (via SMS, Viber, calling) in order to clarify the transfer but no one answered. However, we'd chose the same apartment, if we were to visit Prague again.

comfy beds, clean rooms and furnished to a high standard. everything you need for a stay and easily accommodates 6 adults. great view of the square too! easy check in process with friendly staff

Excellent location with superb view of main square. Apartment was spacious and very clean.

Would benefit by having air conditioning especially in summer months.
