This apartment was truly top-notch and exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful chandeliers throughout the apartment and the amazing view of the square right outside the living room window. It was such a wonderful setting and made the apartment feel extra special.
The apartment was absolutely spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. All four of us slept wonderfully, which says a lot about how comfortable and relaxing the space was.
We did have a small hiccup with the air conditioning, but someone came by promptly to help us. It may have even been user error on our part, so we certainly wouldn’t consider it a negative.
We especially appreciated the keyless entry for both the building and the apartment. Traveling as a group of four, it was incredibly convenient to be able to come and go independently when we wanted to split up and explore on our own.
The location was also fantastic. We were within a convenient walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore the area without constantly needing transportation.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, convenient, and in a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!
We arrived on an overnight flight at 8:15am in the morning. I kept asking about the possibility of getting an early check in and I would have been happy to pay for this. I texted the property a few times about our situation, but kept getting very vague, almost automated messages. They appeared to be from different people, but they all said the same vague thing. We went to the office and they directed us to a nearby hotel to hold our bags for 5 Euros per bag. We then ventured out and explored in our zombie state. We did get in a tiny bit early, but I think next trip to Europe I will book the night before to get in early. The waiting and the rain made for a very difficult 1st day. This is the reason I can't give the property a 10. I felt the communication with the check in crew was vague and this made it difficult to plan our day.

Location can't be any better. The flat was clean and easy check in and check out. Even allowed us to check out 30 minutes later than usual time.
At the price, basic bathroom toiletries are expected. Also there was no complimentary tea/ coffee available. There's a coffee machine, how are guests supposed to find the right pods for the machine? Small details but could have made it a perfect stay.

Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere in the city center. You actually pay here the price for the great location.
Unfortunately a couple of things:
1. When we arrived the dish washer was dirty and smelled terrible. It seems the clean lady didn't turn it on.
2. A lot of kitchen utensils were dirty : bowls, pans, etc. We had to wash everything before using it.
3. You do not have control from the heating. So it was tremendously warm every time. The room without a window, between the living room and the bathrooms, was a complete sauna, and the room next to the kitchen was colder.
4. Some of the lights were broken
5. Bed sheets were old and ripped
6. The elevator is very small so a big stroller will not fit and you would need to use the stairs - as the apartment is on the second floor.
A positive thing: every time I wrote to the contact number, they tried to solve and fix the things. However I shouldn't have needed to contact them in the first place.
Pictures are a bit older than reality.
If you stay here, do not expect so much. Although it is super central, I would try to find another place with better amenities and probably cheaper.
