Amazing location, a beautiful building close to so many interesting places. The people working there could not have been nicer or more helpful. A real luxury experience that will be remembered for a long time.

Big clean room
Quite noisy with events happening everyday and night. Opera singing could be heard all morning and evening.
I had asked for a birthday set up in the room that was not done after many calls and emails to ensure it was clear and would be set up.
They added a random room service charge on my bill and hoped I didn’t catch it but I didn’t and had it removed.
Overall quite disappointed
