A clean and cosy hotel, not ultra glamorous but with all the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds, good sized, quiet room (facing into a courtyard). The staff were very pleasant and professional. Location is great, 20 minutes walk to the main train station.
The ventilation in the bathroom wasn’t great, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Nothing else otherwise.

The hospitality was amazing! The receptionists were welcoming. I thought the refresher drink was a great idea given the hot weather. Breakfast was good, and readily available.

The hotel has a very good location, just 50 meters from Wenceslas Square. There are many tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops in the surrounding area. It has its own underground parking garage, although the number of spaces is limited. The rooms were average in size but included all the necessary amenities for a short stay.
Some of the facilities were outdated; the refrigerator did not work despite reporting it to the reception. The air conditioning could not be properly adjusted. We were traveling with a pet and had to pay an extra fee for the stay, but it did not come with any added benefits (other hotels offer a pet package that at least includes a bowl, a small welcome gift, or a room adapted for staying with pets).
