Location was right in centre of town. The room was spotless with high quality fittings and furnishings. The staff at reception were remarkably helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent- couldn’t have been more central. The accommodation was excellent, with so much fitted into the space. The kitchen was very well equipped and the breakfast bar was really useful. It was really clean and everything seemed very new. The bed was a queen size and extremely comfortable. When I had questions regarding a taxi airport trip, the responses were very quick and helpful. It was a really lovely experience all round. I would definitely stay here again.
Was nothing we didn’t like, although we were a little disappointed that there was no dishwasher! Some mats to put down hot saucepans would be useful.

Beautiful, great location
AC was not cooling the room enough. One of the neighboring rooms was moving the furniture loud close to 10pm, so was a bit difficult to sleep early to catch an early morning flight

Location is the best aspect of this hotel
In the bathroom there were no trap on the ground, so when you take a shower, there is a big puddle in the middle that you have to take away manually. There was unplanned fire alarm in the midnight, which was a terrible feeling when you have to wake up and go outside the hotel. Pillows were not comfortable, the second bed (sofa bed) was not comfortable. Instead of dishwasher would be good to have a washing machine. The lightning was uncomfortable (in some cases you have to double click to turn on/off the lights).
