The location was terrific. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well appointed.
We travel throughout the world frequently. This facility had, by far, the worst checkin procedures we’ve ever encountered. There is no person at or near the property to assist the guests. The online checkin is cumbersome and error prone. We tried over and over again without success to checkin online. I called the customer service numbers at least five times begging for assistance. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and even rude. I never raised my voice but one rep even hung up on me. Also, the property uses an AI chat bot to “help” with checkin but that bot was equally useless.

Fabulous location! Easy access. Apartment was modern and bright. Bathrooms were very good (extra toilet) and bed was very comfortable.
We rented a Deluxe apartment. The aircondition was not working, temperatures were unbearably hot when we arrived (31.5 degrees in the apartment when it was 25 degrees outside) and that was BEFORE the heatwave), so that it was very uncomfortable to sleep. No view from the windows down as it was top floor, the curtains were hard to manage (electric).
