This is my fourth time coming to Prague, and without a doubt this was the best value for the price. The apartment is renovated, spacious and cozy, its location is perfect.
It was a little difficult to get to and talk to a person when I needed to change apartments, but once I reached the representative, they helped us with everything and were courteous.

The apartment was in a perfect location. Nice and clean with air con working just Perfect. If we go to Prague we will stay there again.
What I didn't like was filling all those forms online and then to make scan of documents was just unbelivable to do it. Plus why u can't pay at a time of booking? I don't like to give information about cards online.

The room was spacious with a very big bed. The building was good, checkin and checkout were easy. The terrace was big and the chairs were comfortable.
We couldn’t figure out how to get cold water from the shower. No matter what we did, the water was very hot. The terrace does not have any cover on top, we were lucky it didn’t rain. It was very noisy outside. Even with taxi, you need to walk a few minutes.

Customer service was rude
Booking.com didn’t mention that check out time is 10:00 am, which no one in the world provides like that. Only booking.com does things like that. Absolutely pathetic
