Everything about this hotel is 1st class, couldn’t find anything to fault at all. Would 100% recommend this hotel, staff were friendly (nothing too much trouble), service was outstanding and well the breakfast was best we’ve ever had in a hotel.

I enjoyed my time here, and the service was generally quite good. Two things I'd mention that might help future travelers.
The first, and most major, is that the rooms do not have individual AC controls. The building has a cap, and will not go lower than 23 degrees Celsius (73 Fahrenheit). If you need it be colder than that for a comfortable sleep, you will simply not get that in the room.
The second, the internet speed is very slow for WiFi. Each device can pull about 8Mbps when on the WiFi.
I would probably return, but those two issues were a bit frustrating to deal with.

The staff was very helpful. They tolerated our early arrival by allowing us to leave our bags in a secure location while we went to explore the city. They offered us beverages during the check in process. They put our rooms on priority cleaning in an effort to get us an earlier check in. Very clean place with a great location right in the heart of Prague. The breakfast buffet was top notch with plenty of delicious options, including salmon.
