Perfect location and really friendly and helpful staff

Great location on the main street next to the National Museum. The apartment was bright with large windows, the beds were big and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well.

We booked a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony but were initially given a one-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. After we complained, we were moved to a two-bedroom apartment, but without the balcony. This shouldn’t happen. The parking is almost 1 km from the hotel. The TV wasn’t smart, it was a bit noisy due to the central location, and the single-ply toilet paper ran out very quickly.

Great location close to everything Very spacious rooms. Obviously newly renovated and very nice.

When renting an apartment room you expect most common things to be available - room was for 4 but there where only 3 spoons, minor issue obviously , worse was that there were no coffee machine. Asked for it in the reception , but was told that only rooms with balcony had coffee machines…. I’ve been to some pretty poor hotels, which had a coffee machine , but apparently not this €215 a night room. Air-condition was pretty noisy, and it was like it couldn’t really keep up with the big rooms which was left pretty humid. As said, great location, but it comes with a steep cost. The very high noise from the disco across the street and the many young people in the streets made it close to impossible to sleep - noise started at 10pm and kept on going till 5am. I don’t seem as windows are sound isolated, we could clearly hear people speaking. So bring earplugs, or request a room away from the street. When booking a room this close to city center you must expect noise, I know, but price should justify it. We were delayed one hour and missed our booked ferry because the automatic parking facilities malfunctioned when we wanted our car. They had to call external technician to get it fixed. It took an hour and we got close to no information from the reception. I would have appreciated that, and maybe they could have offered a cup of coffee, now we have had to buy it the other days… Things like this happens, but on top of the other annoyances, it left us with a fairly poor experience.
