Centralised hotel in Historical Centre.

The hotel is ideally located near all of the attractions of interest in and around the historical centre It is equally located to access transport to the coastal area Miraflores. Receptionists eager to assist and room was clean and housekeeping went well.

The lighting was dull, the room was small. Breakfast lacked things such as cereals but otherwise OK. No hairdrier in room and had to be borrowed from reception. The only safety box was in reception.

An inexpected experience in Lima

The location

Avoid. Good location, that's it.

The location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Avoid at all costs. The building is old and not well maintain. They charged me a tax that is for locals just because they couldn't retrieve some paper from the Peru gobernment website. The guy at the front desk was nice but useless. The taxi service they use is expensive and the driver was falling asleep on our way to the airport. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The location here was fantastic. It was only a short walk to the historical center. The staff was very nice and helpful.

When I got upstairs to the room on the 10th floor I was the only one on the floor. It was night time and the hall lights did not work but the door ito each of the rooms was wide open and I was able to find my way through the light from outside. The room was marginally clean and the bed was like sleeping on a piece of stone. Whatever was in the air or they used to clean the sheets I could not stop coughing. The cough went away as soon as I left the room. I had booked the room for two nights but left after the first night.

This was a safe, clean, convenient place to start our vacation for a decent price.

The staff was very helpful with information about the city. The location was within walking distance to interesting sights.

Noise from the street and hall way carried easily into the room.

Okay for one or two nights

- the breakfast was very good, with tasty juices and some nice options of sweet and salty - the staff was friendly and speaks English very well He always tried to help us

- the room was cold without heater - there was no hot water in the bathroom

Okay stay for central location

Central location, pretty much what I expected, it was clean

Quite loud, could hear the road traffic and stayed on the 7th floor, bedrooms were unlocked and open before arriving, breakfast was limited. Quite pricey for stay

Nice place, excellent location

Staff was super friendly and they let us stay after check-out time to apologize for the lack of hot water. Location was perfect, and price was really reasonable.

Breakfast really wasn't exceptional. There was not hot water at all.

Spacious room and bed, breakfast was fun as I didn't speak Spanish :) Clean.

Nice Hotel in Downtown Lima

This hotel is located close the down town plaza area. My intentions on staying here was to be able to walk around and see the sites more after our tours, but with controversial elections going on, there was a lot of protesting and areas being shut down, so we mainly just stayed in our rooms. The rooms were very nice. Especially our King Suite. Very large and comfy! The shower was nice, but getting warm water was not always possible. I took my first cold shower here. The front desk was great and spoke some English. A grocery store was just around the corner, along with several restaurants to choose from. Wifi was good. They did lock the front door after dark, which was great for safety but made it hard to leave and come back, since we got locked out once going to the grocery store.
