Fantastic location and definitely great value for money. Restaurants and cafes nearby, 10 - 15 mins walk to the Casino
Very reasonable parking charges for a designated spot in the secure garage.
Large room
We stayed here in 2012 and raved about it. Unfortunately it isn't as good now. The apartment, especially the shower & bathroom, needs refurbishment. We had to keep asking for everything: a toaster, toilet rolls,, access to the laundry. I mistakenly went in the non-customer laundry room & one of the cleaning staff was out & out rude, despite my apologies. The splashback & extractor hood on the hob was dirty (we didn't report it as we didn't use it). The microwave gave up after 3 mins: it was too hot as it hasn't got enough extractor space, but it did come back to life when it cooled down. No bedside table on one side despite masses of space.
All these little things - such a shame: it could have been a 9 or 10/10.

Breakfasts decent and the location was great.
I thought parking was included but I was charged extra for the parking. Also it was a bit inconvenient that we had to walk around the binding to get to the hotel.

The fact the hotel had Parking was good but that's about as far as it went
The room was tired - the grout in the shower was mouldy & dirty shower door hinge - toilet flush button was broke/part missing - shower head needed to be held whilst having a shower it couldn't be positioned so you could just stand under - we had booked for 2 nights but we had to check out at 11am and re check back in at 3pm which was a bit of a nightmare and then we were put in another room which we couldn't really understand why this was.
