The staff is extraordinary, outstanding service and friendliness. The hotel and the rooms are perfectly clean.
The single rooms at level 7 (elevator to level 6 plus stairs) are rater tiny and my aircon struggled a bit.
Nothing dramatic and for a small price difference, I am more into standard room.

The receptionist was great! The room was ok. A bit on the small side but comfortable enough. Breakfast was a complete car crash. There was nothing left and we were there just before 9 am. There were no staff available to talk to or to replenish the food. Really poor. Also the dining room is way too small for the hotel.
