Incredible beachfront location, lovely staff, and good beachfront restaurant in Sand and Tan. Also had Club Lounge access which was nice.
1. No room service - that’s quite a big one, especially for families where evening meals at a restaurant aren’t always desirable. 2. Strongly encouraged to communicate queries through WhatsApp but ‘host team’ can take hours to answer. 3. Pool towels are changed by housekeeping- cannot change at pool - so had to keep making specific request for housekeeping to bring new towels before we left room (as obviously housekeeping only came when we were out of room). 4. Club lounge and staff were lovely but pretty limited in offerings, v small portions, and not much for vegetarians.

The breakfast was amazing, as was all of the food we purchased at the restaurant.
The hotel has the best location in Haad Rin.
We only stayed for night, so we chose two twin rooms, which were the cheapest option. They were great, freshly renovated, chic and modern. Exceptional value for money.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
Honestly nothing.
