Dinner was served ( main course) cool! Especially the sauces and vegetables on cold plates!!
They had not recognised the booking for dinner for 4 people. Although they had confirmed it!!

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly too. Room was fantastic . Attention to detail was exceptional. The card welcoming us and giving us information for walks etc,as we had our dog.
We ate the first nigt in bar and the food was fantastic.
Lovely surroundings, very relaxing . Just what was required.
The first morning breakfast was a bit vague as no direction from member of staff as to what was what,we were sitting in lounge with our dog, he was quite young and maybe a bit more guidance and training would help .
Although on 2nd morning superb service from gentleman who was on.

Location and facilities were good. Staff were lovely.
Food was decidedly average. Pie wasn’t a pie just a bowl of meat with a crust on top.
