The Ballater area is wonderful, there is heaps to do and the hotel is walkable from town. The breakfast was delicious, and the girl who ran the breakfast service was so lovely and friendly. The room was comfy and the bed in particular was great.
It was a shame that you can't get a drink/ cup of tea to purchase, but you are so close to town it's not really a bother. The decor is a bit tired and the bathroom could do with a spruce, but that is just surface stuff.

Very comfortable, b&b , spotlessly clean and quiet .Very welcoming staff.

The property is beautiful and our room had a lovely view of the garden. The bathroom was particularly lovely!
